ANDEK Council takes the Civil Status Centre closer to the people, on 13th August 2025,

During the exercise that took place at the ANDEK MHC, the Lord Mayor, Ubangoh Helly, educated the nursing mothers and pregnant women who assembled at the Health Centre on their monthly routine clinic exercice, on the need for a new born to be issued a birth certificate FREE OF CHARGE at the ANDEK Council, at birth.

The Mayor then went forth to issue FREE birth certificates to children who were ready with the necessary information for the exercise.
