After a long struggle by the infatigable Lord Mayor Ubangoh HELLY of Andek council, finally some boreholes that were due the municipality are currently being drilled.
The reason for the long delay in the execution of these works is the bad state of the road from Bamenda, where these drilling machines were hired, to Andek municipality.
But since once there is the will, there is the way, the combined efforts of the Lord Mayor and some state authorities have led to the realization of these boreholes, which are going to deliver good quality drinking water to the people of the neighborhoods.
